Est. 2020 Youth Mental Health Platform
FitToday is a youth-led mental health platform reaching over 10,000 students across the United States and India — and a growing publication on what wellbeing means in a new era.
FitToday started in 2020 as a response to the mental health crisis unfolding inside schools during the pandemic. What began as a tool to help students manage stress, build healthy habits, and find community grew into a platform reaching over 10,000 students across two countries.
