About FitToday

Built by students. For students.

FitToday started in 2020 as a response to the mental health crisis unfolding inside schools during the pandemic. What began as a tool to help students manage stress, build healthy habits, and find community grew into a platform reaching over 10,000 students across two countries.

A platform for daily wellbeing

FitToday's app gives students tools to track sleep, stress, exercise, and nutrition — the foundations of mental health that are often overlooked in conversations dominated by clinical care.

— 02

Impact across two countries

Through partnerships with Learning Links Foundation and schools across the US and India, FitToday has reached over 10,000 students with mental health resources tailored to the realities of their daily lives.

A growing conversation

Today, FitToday is becoming a publication — bringing together philanthropists, nonprofit leaders, and advocates for honest conversations about youth mental health in the age of AI and rapid social change.
